The Changing Seasons Veterans Initiative (CSVI) is a community-based program of Changing Seasons Ministry Inc., serving veterans and their families in Chatham County, GA, surrounding Georgia counties, and the South Carolina Lowcountry (Beaufort, Jasper, Hampton, and Colleton).

The Changing Seasons Veterans Initiative (CSVI) is a community-based program of Changing Seasons Ministry Inc., serving veterans and their families in Chatham County, GA, surrounding Georgia counties, and the South Carolina Lowcountry (Beaufort, Jasper, Hampton, and Colleton).
Led by a veteran with firsthand knowledge of the systems and challenges veterans face, CSVI was created to meet the urgent needs of those facing homelessness, eviction, foreclosure, utility shutoffs, and food insecurity. Our work begins with emergency financial assistance and case navigation, while building toward a long-term vision of transitional housing on ministry-owned land.
